Information about our AI smart cooler and ATM placement services on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Pricing, availability, and installation are documented in a written placement agreement between WhyCuz and the host location, which records the equipment placed, who handles cash and service, and any revenue-share applicable to the placement. WhyCuz places equipment under a short-form placement agreement with the host location. This agreement documents the equipment installed, who handles cash and service, and any revenue share applicable to the placement.
The placement agreement is not a long-term contract. Specifically:
Specific terms for each placement are set in writing prior to installation. When marketing materials on the Site say "no contracts," "no lock-in," or "walk away anytime," they refer to the absence of a long-term, minimum-term, or fixed-duration commitment — not to the absence of any written agreement at all. The placement agreement itself is short-form and protects both parties.
Our "free installation" offer applies to qualified commercial locations in our service area (West Michigan and surrounding areas). Qualification is based on factors including foot traffic, location type, available space, and electrical access. We reserve the right to decline any location.
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, layouts, and design — is owned by WhyCuz Vending & ATM or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use our branding, logos, or content without written permission.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any linked site. Use them at your own discretion.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhyCuz Vending & ATM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
